Mortgage Application Checklist
Things to help make the application process go smoothly

 1. Signed Sales Agreement and Deed to Property.
 2. Your address for the past (2) years, including landlords.
 3. W-2s or 1099s for the past two (2) years.
 4. 30 days most recent pay stubs.
 5. If self employed we need last two (2) years of tax returns and
    current profit and loss statements.
 6. If Corporation also need last two (2) years tax returns and
    current profit and loss statements.
 7. Last two (2) months checking/savings/IRA/401K statements.
    (all pages)
 8. Name, address, account numbers, monthly payments and balances
    on outstanding loans.
 9. Most current credit card statements.
10. If previously divorced need divorce decree and separation
    agreement. If paying child support or alimony privately
    need signed and notarized letter from both parties.
11. Appraisal Check
12. Photo Identification required.
13. Additional supporting data for continuation of income for
    minimum of 3 years (Awards Letters - Social Security,
    pension, etc) Social Security being received for those
    other than children must show proof of legal guardianship.
